Babusar Top is set to open on May 22, 2025 and will remain open till October/November depending upon weather conditions. Babusar usually open in Mid June but this year opens in May due to less snowfall during last winter season acrNaran Valley usually opens for tourists in late April to early May, depending on the weather and road conditions. Since Naran is located at a high altitude, heavy snowfall blocks the Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad (MNJ) Road, which connects it to the rest of Pakistan.
Expected Opening Timeline for 2025
Babusar Top Opens (June): Babusar Pass, which connects Naran to Gilgit-Baltistan, typically opens by mid-June when the snow completely melts.
Early Access (April 15 – April 30): If the weather is favorable and snow clearance is completed, light vehicles may be allowed.
Fully Open (May 1 – May 15): By this time, Naran, Saif-ul-Malook Lake, and nearby areas should be accessible.
